Altitude in relation to sea level is the frame of reference for this exhibition and its title, O meter being the altitude at which the Provence cane grows and flourishes, and 2000 meters being that of the larch.
Combining the sea and the mountains, the Mediterranean and the Alps, through two plants that populate and surround my territory, seems to me to be both a fine invitation to travel and an immense field of expression, invoking botany, anthropology, sociology, history, economics, know-how, culture, uses and needs.
By working with Provençal and local materials that can be described as sustainable and renewable (through good resource management), I invite you to reconsider them, to manage them sustainably, I dust them off and try to show their potential and quality as one possible solution among others.
