Curriculum Vitae / Informations

Born in 1992, lives and works in Brussels (BE)

Part of my artistic practice is a desire to reflect on the transmission and preservation of memory. It’s an open investigation into memory, at the crossroads of sound and sculpture. I design installations that question the viewer’s mechanisms of perception. I try to appeal to the viewer’s memories by creating narratives between the objects I take hold of and the sounds I broadcast through them. Each sculpture/object is designed for its acoustic quality and its physicality in space. This physicality allows me to question the exhibition space and the way in which people wander through it. Intimate spaces are created between the viewer and the work, and this intimate link allows me to address social issues that are specific to me.
