Vitaioli Charlotte

Graduated in 2011 from the Superior School of Art of Quimper, Charlotte Vitaioli lives and teaches drawing in Rennes where she was born in 1986. In 2017, she was the recipient to the Zervos Prize Bourgogne-Franche Comté and a finalist of the 2018 Audi Talent Prize. The same year, she received a grant to study weaving and dyeing know-how in Japan. In 2019, during the Bundanon Trust Residence in Australia, she researched costume and landscape in Aboriginal culture, before integrating the system Une saison un(e) artiste 2019 initiated by the Members of the Frac Bretagne, then taking part in the 69th edition of Jeune Création. In 2019, she was the laureate of the residence at La Station (Nice), selected for the 65th Salon de Montrouge (postponed to Spring 2021) and for the Emerige revelations 2020.
